Event Admission, Check-In & Ticket Sales
For the November 22, 2026 GospelSoul Brunch Sunday at ArtsXchange, East Point, check-in begins at 3:00 PM Eastern Time. The advance prices are Red General Admission $15, Green Individual Brunch $30, Blue VIP $45, and Yellow Group of Four $100. If still available after check-in begins, on-site Eventbrite admission is $20, $35, $50, or $120 per four-person group respectively, reflecting a $5-per-person increase.
Guests who purchased a valid advance ticket do not pay an additional door fee at check-in. On-site sales, where offered, are processed through Eventbrite only. Square is not an event ticketing platform for GospelSoul Sundays.
All admissions and meal privileges are subject to remaining capacity, seat availability, ticket type, and catered meal availability. A Red General Admission ticket includes entry without buffet or reserved seating. A Green ticket includes one seat and one buffet serving. A Blue VIP ticket includes admission, brunch and preferred seating; any added VIP benefit must be explicitly listed on Eventbrite. The Yellow Group of Four provides four admissions, four seats and four buffet servings. Each qualifying admission allows one buffet serving.
Ticket processing fees and legally applicable taxes, if any, are displayed in checkout. The event-specific Eventbrite listing controls ticket inventory, delivery, disclosed refund settings, and confirmed VIP offerings.
Refunds, Transfers & Changes
For ticket purchases, consult the refund deadline and terms presented in the applicable Eventbrite listing and order confirmation. Requests should be submitted through Eventbrite. Tickets may be transferred only where Eventbrite and the event-specific conditions permit. If an event is canceled or materially changed, affected ticket holders will be informed of available remedies, including those required by applicable law. Nothing here limits statutory rights.
Artists, service arrangements, menu items and the running order may change for operational reasons; material changes will be communicated appropriately. Guests must follow venue requirements and staff instructions. Lawful adult beverage service, if authorized, is available only to guests 21 or older. Disruptive, unsafe or intoxicated conduct is not permitted.
Sponsorship Purchases & Recognition
Business sponsorship packages are promotional partnerships, not Eventbrite admission purchases. The benefits included at the time of checkout or separately confirmed in writing govern each sponsorship. Published tiers include Community Supporter ($100), Soul Table Sponsor ($200) and Featured Experience Partner ($350), subject to current availability and checkout links.
Business name, logo, links, and any public-facing content must be supplied by the sponsor and approved by the organizer. For the November 22 event, recognition on the event sponsor page is planned through December 22, 2026, after payment confirmation and receipt of usable approved assets. A collective post is a shared sponsor acknowledgment; a dedicated post is sponsor-specific. No guaranteed attendance, impressions, sales, leads, endorsement, or charitable tax deduction is promised.
Complimentary tickets or tables are provided only if expressly included in the selected package description or signed sponsor agreement. When included, the organizer will coordinate Eventbrite issuance subject to agreed quantity, seat and meal availability. A payment alone does not automatically reserve a brunch seat or table.
Requests to change or cancel sponsorships are reviewed according to the purchased terms, actual fulfillment and applicable consumer law. If the organizer cannot provide agreed material benefits, the parties will discuss suitable correction, substitution, or applicable refund rights.
Community Contributions
GospelSoul Sundays is an outreach initiative operated by Tate Enterprises Group LLC. Voluntary contributions support GospelSoul programming, event production, musicians, hospitality, and community outreach. Contributions are not purchases of tickets, products, vendor space, or promotional sponsorship benefits. They are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations.
Any suspected duplicate or unauthorized payment, processing error, or other billing concern should be reported promptly to contact@tateentgrp.com. Requests are reviewed under applicable payment-provider terms and law.
Vendor Registration & Approval
The current vendor registration fee is $50, including one vendor meal, organizer-approved event participation, and agreed promotional listing. Vendors must supply their own tables and display materials unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing. Vendor registration is not an event ticket or sponsor package.
Vendor space requires organizer approval and is subject to remaining availability and venue policies. An application is held for seven business days after submission for payment; unpaid spaces may be released after that period and are then offered subject to availability. An application or payment does not by itself guarantee acceptance. If the organizer declines participation, the corresponding participation fee will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider processing.
Approved vendors should provide their business name, primary contact, phone number, business email, social media links, logo, product category, and any promotional content authorized for publication. Optional on-stage introductions or meet-and-greet announcements depend on the program schedule and organizer approval.

These general policies supplement rather than override the actual Eventbrite checkout conditions, Square checkout terms, signed sponsorship/vendor agreements, and applicable law. Last revised October 13, 2026.
