How GospelSoul Sundays handles booking, sponsorship and vendor inquiry information.

Information We Collect
When you voluntarily submit a booking, vendor or sponsor form, we receive your name, business and contact information, event details, budget range, products or services, promotional copy and any business logo or files you choose to upload. We do not ask for payment-card details or medical, patient or incarcerated-person information.
How We Use It
We use submissions to respond to inquiries, evaluate event and venue suitability, coordinate proposed bookings, review vendor placements, administer sponsorship recognition and communicate operational or payment instructions. We may display vendor or sponsor names, business logos, handles or approved marketing text only according to the permissions you grant and applicable arrangements.
Form Processing & Notifications
Website forms are processed by third-party service FormSubmit, which forwards submissions and optional attachments to our business email. Submissions are therefore shared with that provider for delivery and spam prevention. FormSubmit describes a 30-day retention period for submission archives. Refer to its published privacy terms for processing details. Do not send confidential health records, financial account numbers or identification documents using our public forms.
Ticketing, Payments & Other Services
GospelSoul event tickets are sold through Eventbrite. Vendor fees, contributions and sponsorship payments are processed through Square. Instagram and other linked platforms process data under their respective policies. We do not receive the full payment card details you enter at their checkout pages.
Sharing & Retention
We share information only as needed with service providers, relevant event and facility partners under appropriate arrangements, when you request or authorize public promotional recognition, or where required by law. We retain operational records for legitimate business and recordkeeping needs and remove them when no longer needed, subject to legal obligations.
Your Choices & Contact
To review or correct your submitted details, withdraw optional marketing/logo permission for future use, or ask about deletion where feasible, contact contact@tateentgrp.com. Previously published physical materials and legally required records may not be retrievable. This notice may be updated as workflows develop.
